With over 15 years of experience and approximately USD 30 million mobilized in international cooperation, I connect the multilateral agenda with governments, experts and communities to strengthen water security and climate resilience across Latin America. My approach combines applied anthropology, water diplomacy and interdisciplinary work to translate complex territorial dynamics into evidence, partnerships and projects linked to the water-climate-ecosystems-risk nexus. This experience — built through direct work in vulnerable watersheds and intergovernmental dialogue — allows me to engage with equal fluency before multilateral organizations, technical teams and local communities.
